Jennifer Lopez’s world tour has been an extreme success as she and Enrique Iglesias make their way from country to country. But it’s JLO’s nipple that continues to make headlines, popping in and out of performances. In Italy last week Jennifer was doing one of her numbers in a sequined catsuit and then BOOM, her boob popped out in front of everyone at the show in Bologna.

One thing is for sure, nobody cared! And as only a superstar would do, the show went on. JLO reportedly put the boob back in it’s place and continued to twirl around the stage. One thing is for sure, 43 never looked so good!
