Jordin Sparks recently sat down with us to talk about the upcoming release of ‘Sparkle‘,  a movie that she co-stars alongside the legendary icon, Whitney Houston. Jordin who wowed America in 2007 when she won American Idol is now adding actress to her long resume of accomplishments. She recently sat down with us to talk about the movie and why it’s important that opening weekend bring in big numbers! Jordin talked about the film and how important opening weekend is and asks that we “do it for Whitney.” Whitney specifically casted Jordin to play the role of her daughter. This movie was notably Whitney Houston’s last on screen performance.
